Chiara is an Osteopath and Pilates Teacher. She graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy and is a fully qualified Pilates teacher specialised in pregnant and postnatal women.

Chiara specialised in osteopathy for back and neck pain, pregnancy and postnatal pain and sports injuries. She is an experienced Pilates instructor and is passionate about helping mothers to get back to their fitness and well-being. Her broad-based approach includes manual therapy, functional and postural exercises and advice for a healthy and active life.

She uses a wide range of manual techniques including structural techniques and manipulations, very gentle cranio-sacral therapy, visceral techniques, myofascial and soft tissue work.

Chiara is currently completing her professional development with a certificate in Visceral manipulation approach with the Barrall’s Institute. She has also joined the Women’s Health postgraduate programme at the prestigious Renzo Molinari Institute.

She has experience with young and not so young adults, mothers to be and in various settings at NHS or private clinics such as Expectant Mothers Clinic, Sport’s clinic, Royal Free Hospital.  She has also worked with vulnerable elderly patients at Lucy Brown House clinic.

Outside work, Chiara enjoys long walks and cycling, cooking and family time. She is involved in the Brufut Education project in Gambia.
