WHATEVER YOUR LEVEL, BE A SKI CHAMPION ON THE SLOPES THIS SEASON!

  • Build strength, coordination, proprioception and balance
  • Minimise the risk of injury and enhance skiing skills
  • Understand how you are affected by the environment and equipment choice

 

Session 1:

  • Physical orthopaedic assessment
  • medical/sport/ski history
  • fitness/skiing goals and aspirations

Sessions 2 & 3:

  • 15 minutes of practical warm-up exercises
  • 30 minutes of specific exercises and advice from a physio
  • Understanding the anatomy of skiing

At the end of the programme you will be fitter, more flexible and far better prepared to go skiing!
