Welcome to Physio for All

At Physio for All we would like you to have the best experience, throughout your all journey with us. From booking an appointment to achieving your physical and functional goals.

Below are a few of the most commonly asked questions. If you have any further queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are looking forward to your seeing you.

Appointments

  • Looking for immediate care? We aim to offer Physiotherapy with one of our practitioner on the same day or within 24 hours of contact.
  • How long do appointments last for? Your first physiotherapy and Osteopathy session will last up to 60 minutes to allow assessment and treatment. Follow-up sessions usually last 30 minutes but can be extended depending on your condition.

Do I need a referral from my GP ?

Physiotherapists and osteopaths do not require a Gp’s or specialist’s referral to assess, diagnose and treat your condition or injuries. All our physiotherapists, osteopaths, nutritionists and psychotherapists are registered and can see you without referrals.

If you wish to claim under private medical insurance, some may ask you for a doctor’s referral. It is best to contact your provider for clarification.

We work closely with GP and Consultants. With your consent, the therapist will liaise with your doctors and will refer you back should further investigations be necessary.

What to bring with me ?

  • Documents: If you have a letter from your doctor or relevant test reports (Xray, scans…) bring them with you.
  • Clothing: We recommand comfortable clothing to allow proper evaluation and treatment. To understand the causes of the condition we may need to assess further than the affected area.
You could bring a pair of shorts, sports bra or a strappy top for women. If you are a keen in sports you could bring your sport’s shoes & orthotics.
If you have any concerns, please talk to your therapist. We endeavour to maintain your comfort and modesty at all time.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend an appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment.

We understand there are some genuine or unpredictable reasons to miss or cancel an appointment. Your time is precious and so is ours. We are a busy clinic and ask you to understand and accept our strict cancellation policy.
