Insurance

Physiotherapy treatment is usually covered by private health insurance. You will need to check your policy document to verify this.

We prefer our patients to settle their account directly and then to claim back from their insurance company. However direct settlement with certain insurance companies is possible by prior arrangement. We advise all our customers to check the following prior to treatment:

• If you need to be referred by your doctor?
• If your claim form requires validation with a doctors signature or if Physio for All can sign it?
• You will need full details of your insurance company and your policy. This will include the name of the company, the amount of the excess, the maximum cover, the number of sessions allowed and the time frame for treatment.
• Membership/Policy number and authorisation number

Should the insurance company not settle an account within two months you will be notified and charged with the cost of treatment.
