Learn how to manage your stress with Sophrology
This specific dynamic relaxation technique, based on breathing and concentration, will help you to identify your tensions, get rid of them and prevent them from coming back! The sophrologist will teach you how to relax your entire body so you can use the technique in any situation in your daily life. You will develop a better awareness of the factors that create stress in you and of your reactions to them at an early stage to enable you to manage them better. You can also prepare yourself to be more confident for a presentation, an interview or any forthcoming event that may worry you in your professionnal or personnal life.

En trois séances, apprends des techniques simples pour ne pas paniquer le jour d’un examen, pour éviter le stress de la copie blanche, pour ne pas perdre tes moyens pendant un oral.
